In a post covid-19 times that all protective measures are removed, we continue to set as our top priority your health and safety, but also the health and safety of our team and partners. Therefor we continue to apply all prior added procedures that include:

In SAY hotel:
- All staff wash & sanitize their hands-on entry to work and regularly throughout the day
- Personal protective equipment is provided to all team members
- All public areas are cleaned sanitized throughout the day
- All rooms are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each use
- Steam cleaners are used for disinfection of areas
- All kitchen team wears at all times disposable gloves and masks during the food preparation
- There is a clean-air handling machine placed in the lobby area in order to clean and remove air potentially contaminated by the virus
- A glass divider is in place on our Reception desk for the protection both valued guests and employees
- After each cash transaction, team members wash and sanitize hands
- In rooms rest assured that more time is spent on cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in your bedroom. Any items you might require are kept in a clean environment and available on request such as (ironing board/iron)
